Processing Time
After we receive your order, processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Times
We ship to the entire European Union. Estimated delivery times are:
EU countries: 7–14 business days
Norway: 10–18 business days (customs delays may occur)
International shipments (outside the EU): 10–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates. In exceptional cases (e.g., customs inspections, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume), slight delays may occur.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders within the EU (unless stated otherwise).
For deliveries outside the EU, additional fees or customs charges may apply and must be paid by the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your delivery online at any time.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Undeliverable Packages / Returns
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or other recipient-related issues and is returned to us, the customer may request reshipment by covering the shipping costs. Alternatively, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs (if applicable).
Customs & Import Fees
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for details on possible charges.
