Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement (e.g. by email) including your order number and the item(s).
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.
For hygienic and customization reasons, personalized, worn, or damaged items are excluded from returns (statutory warranty rights remain unaffected).
Return Shipping – Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please use an insured, trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt.
Clearly mark the package with “Return / Retour” and include the order number.

Processing & Inspection
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We refund the item price, excluding any non-refundable outbound shipping costs (if applicable).
After approval, please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are currently not available. Please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.
In such cases, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide a return label.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, personalized items, and clearly used products.
Returns without proof of shipment in case of loss during transit.
